As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your expertise in various techniques and treatments will enhance our clients’ overall experience. Also, there will be camera recording at all times for social media, youtube, and other platform exposure to help expand the business and brand. Once hired, be prepared to begin working asap. The bonus will be given after 30 days of consistent, great work with no negative customer reviews.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Apply acrylics, gels, and other nail products with precision
- Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide additional beauty practices that include but not limited to waxing, hard wax, sugaring, eyebrow artist i.e. permanent, makeup, or henna
- Provide Facialist services
- Provide eyelash services
- Massage therapist
- Stay updated on the latest trends for designs in nail care and other beauty treatments.
- Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend products for home maintenance.
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep inventory of supplies.
- Assist with other salon duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or nail technician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Proficiency in nail care techniques including color theory, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatment is preferred.
- Experience with services such as eyelash extensions, waxing, massage, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients
Pay rate: You can earn up to $1000 a week per commission only
