We represent employees in cases involving wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. We are a fast-growing, technology-driven firm and we are building a world-class remote intake team to support our clients.
The Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Legal Intake Specialists based in South Africa to join our growing remote team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering information about their legal situation and scheduling consultations with our attorneys.
This is a long-term, full-time remote opportunity with a clear growth path and performance-based compensation increases.
What You Will Be Doing
- Answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries from potential clients
- Conducting initial intake interviews to gather case information
- Scheduling consultations with JLG attorneys
- Accurately entering client information into our case management system
- Following up with leads who did not complete the intake process
- Rescheduling missed or cancelled appointments
- Working closely with the intake team to ensure no lead falls through the cracks
- What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal, administrative, or customer service role
Nice to Have
- Experience working with US-based companies or law firms
- Familiarity with legal terminology
- Experience with CRM or case management software
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle high call volumes
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
- Tech savvy — comfortable learning new software and systems
- Detail oriented with strong data entry skills
- Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours (9am to 6pm PST)
Pay: R16 384,00 – R24 576,00 per month
