Production Specialist – Leather Personalization (Hot Stamping)
Location: Princeton, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

Position Overview
We are seeking a Leather Production Specialist with an emphasis on hot stamping and hand-set type. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented, hands-on craftsmanship and takes pride in precision and consistency. You will be responsible for personalizing leather goods using hot stamping machines and individual pieces of type, ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.
This position requires patience, focus, excellent fine motor skills, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Personalize leather goods using hot stamping machines
- Set, align, and change individual pieces of type for embossing
- Ensure proper placement, spacing, and alignment of personalization
- Adjust heat, pressure, and timing to achieve consistent, high-quality results
- Perform quality control checks on personalized products
- Handle and organize small, individual pieces of type
- Assist with overall production tasks as needed
- Help meet daily and seasonal production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Work performed in a warehouse/production environment
- Extended periods of standing at stamping stations
- Repetitive fine motor tasks involving hands and fingers
- Frequent handling of small components and tools
- Some lifting (up to 40–50 lbs as needed)
- Ability to switch tasks and positions efficiently
- Fast-paced environment with production deadlines, especially during the holiday season
Qualifications
- Experience with hot stamping, embossing, or similar precision-based production work (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent fine motor skills and comfort working with hands
- Strong organizational skills, especially with small components
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Grammar and spelling skills are a must (critical for personalization accuracy)
- Willingness to learn new tasks and processes
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- High integrity and strong work ethic
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
