NaturaLawn of America is seeking dedicated, self-motivated Lawn Care Technicians to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position that focuses on lawn fertilization and natural pest repellents (Not Mowing). This position gives you the opportunity to work outside independently while contributing to environmentally friendly solutions in the green industry.
While prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related fields is beneficial, it is not a requirement – we train you, with pay!

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply organic-based granular and liquid materials to customer properties on a timely and scheduled basis.
- Independently operate company vehicles safely to customer locations.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely manner and offer guidance and education on lawn care practices and maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, punctuality, and positive customer interactions.

- Qualifications:
- A clean, valid driver’s license is required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly throughout the workday.
- Prior landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus, but not necessary – we provide training for those eager to learn.
- Pesticide Applicator’s License is preferred but not required.
