Full Job Description
Monroe Nissan, located in Monroe NC, is looking for the next great leader to join our team as a service advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, professional, customer focused serice writer to make an immediate impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and enforce the manufacturers’ warranty policies and procedures
- Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with Federal, State, and local regulations that affect Service & Parts operations, such as waste disposal, OSHA Right to Know, etc.
- Maintain the highest possible standards of workmanship
- Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
- Greeting Customers while listening to their request
- Serve as a liaison between quick lube technicians and customers
- Communicating with customers regarding general maintenance required on vehicles
- Communicate with customers regarding future maintenance and service
- Deliver serviced vehicles to customer
- Complete and turn in all paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL:
- Ability to move around the dealership comfortably
- Ability to get in and out of an automobile comfortably
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, and walking

Pay: $48,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
