Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from garden beautification to hardscape installations. As a key contributor, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential, commercial, and public landscapes, ensuring they are vibrant, healthy, and visually stunning. If you thrive in outdoor environments and enjoy transforming natural spaces, this position is perfect for you! All roles are paid positions, including internships.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, digging, and installing landscape features
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and other construction equipment for site preparation and hardscape installation
- Maintain lawns and gardens through fertilization, watering, aeration, and pest control to promote healthy growth
- Install irrigation systems, landscape features like patios or walkways (hardscape), and perform tree care including trimming and removal
- Conduct seasonal snow plowing to ensure safe access during winter months
- Assist with horticulture tasks such as planting new greenery and caring for existing trees and shrubs
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
- Strong lawn care skills including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and pest management
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices such as irrigation setup, tree trimming, gardening techniques, and snow plowing
- Familiarity with landscaping design principles and hardscape installation techniques
- Ability to operate construction machinery like excavators safely and effectively
- Experience in horticulture or plant care is highly desirable
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions

Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
