Groundskeeper / Maintenance Worker – Painting Experience Required
Location: Abilene, TX 79603
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $15.50/hour – Paid Weekly (Direct Deposit or Pay Card)
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Taylor Smith Consulting is seeking dependable Groundskeepers / Maintenance Workers with painting experience to join our Abilene team. If you enjoy hands-on work, transforming spaces, and take pride in doing quality work, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting, including prep and touch-ups
- Assist with groundskeeping, general labor, and heavy lifting
- Prepare residential units for new tenants (cleaning, minor repairs, painting)
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and report tasks to management
Requirements:
- Painting experience is REQUIRED
- Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical labor
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Dress Code:
- Pants with no holes
- Plain shirt
- Comfortable, closed-toe shoes
