We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping and maintenance teams in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Duties
- Oversee and coordinate daily landscaping activities, following design plans including equipment use for soil, mulch installation, edging installatio, irrigation installation, Block walls and paver patios.
- Supervise a team of landscapers, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently and to high standards
- Manage landscape projects from start to finish, including site preparation, construction, and finishing touches
- Conduct quality inspections of ongoing work to ensure adherence to design specifications and client expectations
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on horticultural practices, equipment use, and safety procedures, irrigation installation walls and patios
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies; ensure proper operation and timely repairs
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to coordinate schedules and project updates
Qualifications
- 3 years Proven experience in landscaping, or related fields with a strong understanding of horticulture principles, paver and wall installation and irrigation installation. Must know how to read a tape measure
- Supervising with experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments
- Knowledge irrigation systems, general landscape construction
- Familiarity with landscape equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward shared goals
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
