The Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and expanding business within an assigned territory. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening dealer and aftermarket relationships, promoting new products, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service and technical support.
Own vehicle is Required.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management & Sales Growth
- Maintain and grow business within the assigned area.
- Achieve specific area sales targets as outlined in company contracts.
- Call on all Dealer and Aftermarket accounts within the territory.
- Actively seek new business opportunities to expand market share.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Inform customers of new product developments and releases via email and in-person visits.
- Conduct product presentations for new and existing customers to enhance product understanding.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing advantages.
- Provide weekly email updates including product bulletins, promotions, and general sales information.
Technical & After-Sales Support
- Handle technical queries, customer complaints, credits, and related service matters efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain high service standards.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Provide daily reports to the Sales Director with feedback on competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights.
- Update pricing with customers as required.
- Ensure all marketing materials distributed to customers are current and accurate.
Brand Promotion & Marketing Support
- Support promotional campaigns and in-field marketing initiatives within the territory.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Westmead, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
