We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager to lead our evening food service operations. Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff during evening hours, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure high performance and teamwork
  • Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and are delivered promptly to customers
  • Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
  • Operate and troubleshoot POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
  • Enforce strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service flow during busy evening periods
  • Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service, and operational procedures to promote continuous improvement

Experience

  • Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on evening shifts
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills
  • Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management
  • Supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles with a focus on team development and training
  • Background in fine dining or casual dining settings is advantageous; banquet or catering experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, conduct interviews, and manage shift operations effectively
  • Familiarity with food safety standards, HACCP protocols, and sanitation procedures in the food industry
