We are looking for an energetic and creative Junior Engagement Recruiter to assist with recruitment activities while driving employee engagement initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing theme days, staff events, recognition programs, competitions, and workplace activities that promote a positive company culture and improve employee morale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize staff competitions, celebrations, and incentive activities.
  • Create and distribute employee communications and event notices.
  • Promote company culture through engagement campaigns and activities.
  • Coordinate decorations and event setup for company functions.
  • Take photos and gather content for internal communications and social media.
  • Monitor employee participation and gather feedback on engagement initiatives.
  • Recruitment Support
  • Assist with job advertisements and candidate sourcing.
  • Screen applications and schedule interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interviews and recruitment updates.
  • Grade 12
  • Creative and enthusiastic personality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms).
