- Assist in managing the daily front-of-house operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and support waiters, hosts, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a positive dining experience.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift management.
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and company procedures.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest environment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Assist with stock control of beverages, consumables, and front-of-house supplies.
- Support cash-up procedures, daily reporting, and point-of-sale operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
- Step into management responsibilities when the Restaurant Manager is unavailable
Pay: R13 000,00 – R17 000,00 per month
