Junior Accountant Jobs in Honeydew at PIMMS GROUP
PIMMS Group is seeking a Junior Account that will be responsible for managing accounts payable & Accounts Receivable, ensuring the accuracy of related balances, including AP, AR and cashflow transactions. This role plays an important part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the overall financial stability and success of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Accounts Payable, including matching purchase orders, delivery nd supplier invoices, and capturing vendor bills.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, ensuring all invoices are issued correctly and collections are followed up on time
- Perform regular reconciliations, including supplier statements, customer accounts, fuel usage, and system balances
- Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring accounts are complete and accurate.
- Prepare and maintain cashflow reports and support cashflow planning.
- Maintain and update supplier and customer master data, contracts, and supporting documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Studying towards a professional qualification (e.g SAICA,CIMA,ACCA) will be an advantage
2-3 year experience in accounting and finance role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
