Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and webchat.
- Assisting customers with product information and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Generating leads through outbound calls and following up on marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records on the CRM system.
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and business goals.
- Delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.

Salary Range:
