A leading international company is looking for a driven and technically curious IT Support & Operations Engineer to join their growing team.

You’ll play a key role in supporting approximately 230 users across the business, managing IT incidents, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping maintain stable and secure IT operations. Skills and Experience

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems

Experience

• 2 – 4 years’ experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Desktop Support
• Experience working within a structured ticketing / ITSM environment
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory environments
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to onsite and remote users
• Manage and resolve support tickets within a structured ITSM environment
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Assist with user access management, MFA, and endpoint security
• Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and health checks
• Support backup and recovery processes
• Respond to incidents and outages with urgency and accountability
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors where required
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support procedures
