Role Description

To aggressively drive new-logo acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing B2B sales opportunities for Innovo Networks’ full suite of telecommunications and ICT solutions, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while building long-term strategic client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Proactively identify and qualify high-potential prospects in target verticals
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Achieve minimum daily/weekly activity KPIs
  • Consultative Sales & Deal Closure
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored solutions
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations and professional proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals
  • Account Management & Revenue Expansion
  • Manage the full post-sale handover to the technical and support teams
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Secure contract renewals and drive recurring revenue growth
  • Pre-Sales Technical Support
  • Provide high-level technical explanations of networking, VoIP, cloud integration, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Partner with the technical team for complex demos and proof-of-concept deployments
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records in the company CRM
  • Submit weekly pipeline reports and accurate monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts
  • Market Intelligence & Collaboration
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on campaigns and product launches

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ proven B2B direct sales experience in telecommunications/ICT
  • Documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Knowledge and Skills

  • Deep understanding of Hosted PBX, fibre connectivity, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity
  • Technical familiarity with TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, VoIP protocols, and cloud platforms
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
