Role Overview
We are recruiting an IT & Data Systems Coordinator to manage the technology infrastructure supporting the QA operation’s evidence capture, reporting, and data management requirements. This role ensures that inspection records, surveillance data, and reporting systems are operational, accurate, and preserved to the standard required for audit and contractual purposes. Data and evidence integrity in this role has direct audit and contractual consequences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems across production and warehouse sites
- Administer body-worn camera systems used by inspection personnel
- Maintain and develop inspection databases and operational reporting dashboards
- Manage evidence backup systems and ensure data integrity and timestamp accuracy
- Administer photo and video evidence management systems
- Maintain secure reporting systems and user access controls
- Support QA staff with technology tools and resolve system issues
- Ensure all digital evidence systems meet chain-of-custody and audit requirements
Requirements
- Background in IT systems administration, surveillance technology, or operational data management
- Experience managing CCTV, body-worn camera, or evidence management systems preferred
- Proficiency in database management and dashboard reporting tools
- Strong understanding of data integrity, backup procedures, and access control
- Ability to work in field or manufacturing environments alongside operational teams
- Experience in a compliance, logistics, or regulated operations environment advantageous
Additional Notes
Travel between sites for system setup and maintenance is required.
This role is based in South Africa. Successful candidates will be required to travel to and deploy at international manufacturing sites as directed. Travel, accommodation, and deployment costs are covered by the employer.
Pay: R20 000,00 – R45 000,00 per month
