Job description:
A registered Debt Review firm seeks the services of an Internal/External Sales Representative with solid sales experience and good communication skills.

Remuneration: R10 000 + Commission + Medical Aid +Provident Fund
Requirements:
Grade 12 or Higher Qualification
Own Transport & Valid Driver’s License
Fully Computer Literate
Personal Competencies:
A Matric Certificate with an average score of not less than 70%
Subjects: English | Afrikaans | Xhosa (not essential) | Mathematics or Science
At least two years of work experience in an office environment
Be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of social marketing platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and high energy levels
Able to work to deadlines
Consistent, professional dress manner
Open to learn
Sales experience in a similar or related field would be a strong recommendation
A working knowledge of the Debt Review industry would be a strong recommendation
Generate new Clients
Be energized by the opportunity to excel
Main Responsibilities:
To convert all Leads received from the DRC Lead Generation System to Clients
To convert 80% of leads received from the DRC Lead Generation System to Clients
To generate 10 additional external Leads per day and convert 60% of these to Clients
To submit a Weekly Report including ideas for process improvement
The incumbent must make 10 "Cold Calls "per day using alternative external Lead generation systems
The Incumbent must record all Sales activity and complete a Weekly Work Sheet with comments and suggestions for process improvement

The allocated Client Care Consultant is a subordinate until the New Client is successfully handed over
Ability to work under pressure
Adhere to industry specific codes of practise
Attend weekly sales meetings
Ensure all relevant documentation is compiled and completed accurately
Ensure that resolution of customer queries is dealt with in relation to the sales procedure
Ensure that target set is achieved and exceeded
Identifying sales prospects
Ability to maintain targets
Passion for sales
