Position Summary:
Ironwood West Michigan Group is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team supporting customer interactions within established retail locations in the Portage area.
In this role, you will work directly with customers to provide information, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and positive in-store experience. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity with structured training and team support.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a retail store setting
- Provide straightforward information on available services and options
- Respond to customer questions and assist with general needs
- Help guide customers through available service selections
- Support new account setup and basic account updates when applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Services You’ll Support:
Customers may inquire about services such as mobile phone plans, home internet options, and general account assistance offered within partnered retail locations.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is helpful but not required
