The incumbent of this role must effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost-conscious travel service delivery. The incumbent of this role must be compliant with all TTS, Seekers and Travel IT processes and procedures as updated on the Support Operating Procedure document from time to time.
- Knowledge and work on the relevant GDS or OBT.
- Issue full domestic, regional and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc.
- Accurately complete all domestic re-issues.
- Ability to complete all refunds accurately.
- Ensure corporate fares are utilized.
- Compliant and aligned to client policy
- Productivity to be above average while performing a VIP service offering.
- Dashboards, Q’s and TRFs monitored and cleared daily.
- Ensure that all calls are correctly logged at all times.
- Fulfill a generalist role within your team.
- 95% of calls required to be answered.
- 95% adherence to Call SLA criteria.
- Fully conversant with preferred partners both of TTS and client.
- Understanding and adhering to the clients’ travel policies and procedures.
- A client centric mentality, with consistent VIP service and personal accountability.
- Personal accountability for client satisfaction and retention.
- Immediate attention to any client complaint.
- Ability to build relationships with TTS clients.
- Adhere to TTS /client turnaround times.

- Less than 0.2% error ratio to tickets.
- 95% attained on QC checks done on reservations.

- Ensure corporate fares, TTS deals are utilized.
- No tickets to be on the un-invoiced ticket list.
- Ability to benchmark accurately, as per client requirements.
- Ability to document required client references accurately.
- Ability to identify other opportunities for additional income and savings to client, when quoting.
- All documentation to be correctly issued and emailed to the client and supplier.
- Cost conscious mindset for both TTS and the client.
- Strategic approach when quoting preferred partners.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIRMENTS
- Matric Qualification.
- Travel Diploma.
- Must be proficient in Amadeus.
EXPERIENCE DURATION IN YEARS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a junior role.
