About the Role
We are hiring fresh graduates in South Africa who want to build a successful career in global inside sales. As part of our EMEA Inside Sales team, you will receive hands-on exposure to international outreach, CRM systems, market research, and conversations with decision-makers across multiple industries.
What You Will Do
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients
- Qualify leads and set meetings for senior sales executives
- Handle and nurture inbound inquiries
- Conduct account research and identify key decision-makers
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records
- Assist in targeted outreach and sales development campaigns
- Learn and communicate our value proposition effectively
- Achieve weekly activity and performance KPIs
- Work closely with the global sales team on continuous improvement
