Job Summary
The IT Analyst provides day-to-day support, maintenance and assistance for all company-wide hardware and software. Responsibilities include providing end user support for computer hardware and peripherals and creating and maintaining SOP documentation. The IT Analyst will proactively identify problems and facilitate resolutions, repair hardware and software in a Windows Client/Server LAN environment and support multiple systems.
Duties
- Execute the installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of hardware components (including servers, workstations and printers) and software systems (operating systems and enterprise applications).
- Administer and support both wired and wireless network infrastructures (e.g., Unifi), ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of connectivity issues across all networked devices, implementing solutions to restore functionality.
- Provide comprehensive troubleshooting and resolution for a wide range of IT issues, leveraging diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Implement user account provisioning and management, including the configuration of access rights and permissions in compliance with security protocols.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end users on IT systems and applications.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of system performance metrics, utilizing monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Architect and implement system upgrades and optimizations to meet evolving organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to coordinate hardware/software repairs, maintenance contracts and procurement of IT solutions.
- Provide technical support for the organization’s ERP system (Odyssey), ensuring seamless integration and functionality of kiosk stations, printers and peripheral devices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in networking protocols, server management (specifically in Windows environments) and cloud service architectures.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a proven ability to operate autonomously as well as in collaborative team settings.
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
