Our KidZone team plays a vital role in creating a fun, engaging, and safe space for our youngest members. We’re looking for energetic, caring professionals to join our growing childcare team!

Position Summary:

We are seeking dependable and enthusiastic Childcare Teachers who are passionate about early childhood development and want to make a difference in the lives of children ages 3 months to 13 years. You will design and guide enriching activities, provide nurturing care, and foster positive interactions in a clean, safe environment. Infant, toddler, Preschool, and School age positions available.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and engage with children in age-appropriate activities

· Design and implement learning experiences that encourage creativity and development

· Provide direct care and attention to infants and toddlers, including diapering and feeding

· Support potty training and help mediate social interactions

· Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming childcare environment

· Maintain communication with parents regarding their child’s experience and any behavioral concerns

· Assist with managing check-ins and daily scheduling

Qualifications:

Required:

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· 2–4 years of experience working directly with infants (3–18 months)

· Ability to pass background check and obtain/maintain CPR certification

· Must have required PA child abuse clearances

Preferred:

· 2 years’ experience working in daycare, preschool, or similar early childhood setting

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods

· Capability to lift and support the weight of a child
