Key Responsibilities
- Support daily manufacturing and production operations in accordance with established procedures
- Assist with assembly, material handling, machine support, packaging, or general production duties as assigned
- Read, interpret, and execute work instructions, production schedules, and safety requirements
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure finished products meet required specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production flow and issues
- Adhere to all workplace safety, attendance, and compliance expectations
- Support cross-functional production needs as required to meet operational goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or industrial environments preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or within a team environment
- Must be able to meet pre-employment screening and compliance requirements as applicable
- Valid Journeyman Electricians License in the state of Colorado
Preferred Experience
- Experience in power distribution, electrical manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience using hand tools, measuring tools, or working with industrial equipment
- Material handling or forklift experience, if applicable
- Familiarity with quality-controlled or safety-regulated production environments
