ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven, creative and highly organised Incentives & Recognition Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our sales floor culture — responsible for bringing incentive programmes to life, recognising and celebrating top performance, and ensuring our people feel motivated, valued, and energised.

You will be the engine behind our incentive execution from coordinating payout processes and managing financial controls, to planning recognition events, producing reports, and creating the content and campaigns that keep our sales floor buzzing. This is not a purely creative role: you must be just as comfortable with numbers and data as you are with ideas and people.

Success in this role requires exceptional numerical ability, commercial acumen and financial discipline. You will be responsible for managing incentive budgets, validating payout calculations, analysing performance data, forecasting expenditure, tracking return on investment (ROI), and ensuring all incentive-related financial processes are administered accurately and in line with required standards. The successful candidate will be confident working with large data sets, producing reliable management reports, identifying trends and insights, and making data-driven recommendations that support business decision-making.

Acting as a key link between Marketing, Finance, Payroll and Sales Leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring incentive programmes are not only engaging and impactful, but also financially sound, well controlled and aligned to business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Incentive execution and management

· Execute incentive programmes directed by relevant stakeholders, bringing them to life in exciting, engaging and motivating ways for the sales floor.

· Maintain a forward-looking pipeline of themes, creative concepts and execution plans — always two to three programmes ahead.

· Develop and implement the monthly incentive and internal marketing plan on time and within budget.

· Measure and report on the impact of all programmes, using insights to continuously improve.

Financial Administration & Cash Handling

· Administer the end-to-end incentive payout process: running reports, validating winners, and coordinating payment within the defined SLA shared between Marketing, Finance and Payroll.

· Handle cash disbursements to winners accurately, maintaining all required signing sheets, reconciliations and supporting documentation.

· Numerical confidence is a core requirement of this role. You must be able to work accurately and independently with data sets, validate payout figures, manage budgets, track spend, reconcile cash and produce reliable reports

· Provide regular reporting on budget utilisation and incentive expenditure, including forward-looking monthly expenditure forecasts. Monitor the return on investment (ROI) of incentive campaigns and identify opportunities to optimise spend while maintaining performance outcomes.

· Ensure all financial processes related to incentives adhere to internal controls, tax reporting requirements, and the Marketing and Finance SOP.

Reporting & Analytics

· Produce accurate monthly performance reports on incentive results, sales trends and spend — numerical precision is non-negotiable.

· Provide actionable insights to support stakeholder decision-making.

Internal Communications & Engagement

· Develop and execute communication campaigns that generate excitement and participation across appropriate channels.

· Create on-brand content including posters, videos and digital communications.

· Manage and grow the internal staff Facebook page and maintain an incentive content library and engagement calendar.

· Supply content for external channels (LinkedIn, OKS Facebook) within 48 hours of key events or outcomes.

Events & Recognition Functions

· Plan and execute on-site and off-site recognition events including monthly awards, catered functions, team outings and commemorative events.

· Source and manage external suppliers and vendors for events and rewards.

· Support key business-wide events including the annual year-end function, awards and staff conferences.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

· Lead, coach and manage the Incentives & Marketing Administrator, including performance management and development.

· Build strong relationships with Sales Leadership, HR, Finance and the Executive team.

· Facilitate regular engagement sessions with stakeholders to review incentive performance and alignment to business objectives.

· Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial administration and cash-handling processes is required.
