The Hybrid Project Manager / Reconstruction Estimator serves is a key operational performer within Valley Services’ growing construction and restoration platform. This role is responsible for managing active projects across multiple service divisions while also supporting reconstruction estimating overflow through Xactimate and Valley Services’ proprietary ERP system(s).

This position is designed to improve operational throughput, increase estimating responsiveness, strengthen project accountability, and support scalable growth across all construction-related service offerings.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, operationally driven, and capable of balancing both customer-facing project management responsibilities and reconstruction estimating support.

Primary ResponsibilitiesProject Management Responsibilities:Active Project Oversight

· Manage projects from pre-construction through final completion

· Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and internal tech teams

· Ensure projects maintain timeline, budget, quality, auditing SOPs, and communication/client facing standards.

· Conduct project progress reviews and maintain WIP accountability

· Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.

Client Communication

· Serve as primary operational point-of-contact for assigned projects

· Maintain consistent customer communication and expectation management

· Provide project updates, schedule coordination, and immediate issue resolution

· Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycle

Production Coordination

· Collaborate with Pre-Construction Lead and WIP Lead on operational handoffs

· Coordinate field production schedules and material procurement

· Ensure documentation compliance and operational workflow adherence

· Support internal accountability and process consistency

Estimating Responsibilities:Reconstruction Overflow Estimating

· Prepare reconstruction estimates using Xactimate and Valley Services ERP

· Develop initial put-back scopes and pricing for assigned opportunities

· Assist in estimating overflow during peak production periods and as needed to maintain client SLAs

· Review scopes for accuracy, completeness, profitability and presentation in “The Valley Way”

· Update TPA Program Contacts & adjusters as needed & directed by the Estimating Manager

Supplements & Change Orders

· Submit supplements and change order requests to carriers, property managers, investors, and clients

· Maintain proper supporting documentation for all scope revisions

· Track pending approvals and communicate status updates internally

· Collaborate with operations and accounting to ensure billing accuracy

Documentation & Scope Management

· Maintain organized project documentation within all operational platforms

· Ensure estimating and project data remain accurate and current

· Support operational reporting and project financial tracking

Required Qualifications

· 3+ years of restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, or construction project management experience

· Strong working knowledge of Xactimate

· Experience with supplements and reconstruction estimating

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Proficient with operational software and project management systems

· Understanding of residential and commercial construction processes, applications, and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

· Restoration industry experience

. Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)

· Insurance reconstruction estimating experience

· Commercial TI experience

· ERP/project workflow platform experience

· Leadership or field coordination experience

The Hybrid PM / Estimator is a critical contributor to Valley Services’ long-term operational scalability and execution excellence.

Pay: $72,500.00 – $85,000.00 per year
