Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a Human Resource (HR) Generalist to assist the Warehouse Manager and team with the running of daily and monthly HR and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration , employee relations, performance management, training, record keeping system updates and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and screening to conducting interviews and facilitating new hire onboarding.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and ensure company policies aligned with the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Service Act and other compliance requirements.
- Payroll processing and leave management
- Support performance evaluation cycles, aid in goal setting, and coordinate employee training or development workshops.
- Maintain employee records, update HRIS systems, and prepare compliance reports
Job requirements: Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field and/or HR certifications
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR roles.

Pay: R9 000,00 – R11 000,00 per month
