A family is looking for a Homeschool Teacher for their children

Area: Century City (moving to Vygeboom, Durbanville)
Children’s Ages: Girls – 6 years (Grade R) and 10 years (Grade 4)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 13:30
School holiday hours: Same/similar hours to above
Duties: Plan and prepare daily lessons, teach and follow the homeschool curriculum, assist with schoolwork and projects, monitor academic progress, encourage a positive learning environment, prepare learning materials, communicate regularly with the parents
Special Requirements: Qualified Teacher, experience with teaching the age groups
Curriculum: American Sonlight Curriculum (hopefully moving back to Cambridge)
Start Date and contract term: August 2026 – permanent
Salary: R13 000 – R15 000 per month (Gross, before deductions) | Depending on experience

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
