We are a growing U.S.-based eCommerce company looking for highly fluent English-speaking customer support representatives to join our remote team full-time.

This is a long-term position for individuals who are comfortable handling all aspects of customer service and communication.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering customer phone calls professionally
  • Responding to emails and support tickets
  • Assisting with order-related issues
  • Tracking shipments and resolving delivery concerns
  • Handling returns, replacements, and customer questions
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with U.S. customers
  • Working closely with management and operations teams

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
  • Professional and friendly communication style
  • Reliable internet and quiet work environment
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

This is NOT a sales role — we are looking for people who genuinely know how to take care of customers and represent a company professionally.
