This is a long-term position for individuals who are comfortable handling all aspects of customer service and communication.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering customer phone calls professionally
- Responding to emails and support tickets
- Assisting with order-related issues
- Tracking shipments and resolving delivery concerns
- Handling returns, replacements, and customer questions
- Communicating clearly and confidently with U.S. customers
- Working closely with management and operations teams
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Professional and friendly communication style
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
