Job Overview
Richardson General and Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking experienced, fast-paced General Dentists to join our extremely busy, high-volume, fully digital practice. This opportunity is best suited for dentists who can diagnose, treatment plan, and perform efficiently across multiple operatories simultaneously while delivering high-quality patient care.
This role requires strong clinical confidence, excellent efficiency, and the ability to work with a high degree of professional independence in a production-driven environment. This position is not suitable for new graduates or slow-paced providers.
Schedule
- Days: Tuesday – Saturday (Sundays are also available for high production (large cases) scheduled treatment)
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- 15 fully equipped operatories
- Paperless office with iPads for patient check-in and treatment planning

- Software systems include Open Dental, Flex, and Overjet
Position Breakdown
General Dentist and Cosmetic Dentist
- Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns)
- Dentures (full and partial)
- Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
- Ability to efficiently manage high patient volume
- Cosmetic dentistry cases
- Full-mouth dentures and bridges
- Anterior and premolar root canal therapy
- Surgical extractions, including wisdom teeth
- Confident case presentation and execution in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Deliver routine and complex dental procedures within scope of experience
- Utilize digital imaging and modern diagnostic tools accurately
- Maintain strict infection control and patient safety protocols
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health maintenance
- Collaborate effectively with assistants, hygienists, and front office staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using dental software
Compensation
- $850 guaranteed per full day worked
- OR 30% of collections (whichever is greater) – Note: Our collections are always between 90-96%.
- Compensation is based on days worked and production
- High patient volume provides strong earning potential
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Texas dental license in good standing
- Proven experience in a high-volume private practice or DSO environment
- Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
- Comfortable managing multiple operatories simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of infection control, dental terminology, and clinical protocols
- Comfortable with digital workflows and modern dental technology
- Responsible for maintaining licensure, continuing education, and applicable taxes
