We are looking for a passionate and experienced Front Office Team Leader to join our ONOMO Waterfront team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Front Desk while delivering exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will lead by example, support and motivate the reception team, and ensure that every guest receives a warm, professional, and efficient experience throughout their stay. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest relations are essential.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and support the reception team during shifts.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
- Assist with training, onboarding, and team development.
- Support financial tasks such as billing accuracy, payments, and debtor follow-ups
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Previous experience in a Front Office supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
