The Front Staff Team Lead position is responsible for the training of the front desk staff. In the absence of a Front Staff Supervisor, the Team Lead must stand in as the primary decision maker and leader throughout the shift. The Front Staff Team Lead must have strong organizational skills, decision-making abilities, pay close attention to detail, and interact in a professional yet courteous manner with guests and fellow staff.  
Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about the facility to enhance guest experiences
- Customer service: customer interactions, addressing questions, and directing people where to go in the facility
- Resolve guest issues promptly
- Money-handling; starting and ending tills
- Enforce facility rules and regulations
- Help to ensure facility cleanliness
- Training of all new employees
- Full knowledge of shift duty checklist
- Delegating tasks to other staff members, particularly during down time to maximize productivity
- Communicating important information to department directors
Preferred Qualifications
- Front Desk Operations experience
- Leadership & management experience
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks if needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

This is a Full-Time position.
Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday
- Sunday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday – Thursday 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
OR
Friday – Tuesday
- 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Friday and Saturday hours change with the season
