Front Desk Operator – Skin Restoration Aesthetics Clinic

This role is for someone who doesn’t just “manage the front desk,” but becomes a key part of the client journey, creating an experience that feels seen, valued, and guided from the very first interaction.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience working as a front desk operator in an aesthetic clinic or medical spa
- Strong understanding of client service within the skin or beauty industry
- Confident in handling client consultations, bookings, and post-treatment communication
- Experience with Fresha is an added advantage
Core Responsibilities
- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Manage bookings, rescheduling, and proactive rebooking to ensure treatment consistency
- Conduct client follow-ups after treatments to check progress, build relationships, and encourage retention
- Respond to all inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, email) in a timely and knowledgeable manner
- Educate clients on treatments and confidently communicate why Skin Restoration delivers exceptional results
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all details are captured with precision
- Support therapists by ensuring smooth daily operations and client flow
