Qualifications
- 5+ years in cabling, rack infrastructure, or large-scale builds
- Experience leading crews and managing projects
- Knowledge of copper/fiber installs and troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints and manage timelines
- Relevant certifications (CFTT, CFI, BICSI, FOA or equivalent)

- Oversee crews, schedules, and project execution
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and contractors
- Track progress, validate materials, and support reporting
