We have an immediate opening for a Fleet Breakdown Maintenance Support to work in our Maintenance team located in Portland, OR.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Our chosen candidate will be eligible for our employee benefits package which includes medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401k.
The right candidate will have an outgoing personality, likes to function as part of a team, is a self-starter, has great customer service skills, notices the details, and values accuracy.

Roles and responsibilities
· Answer calls for road service and breakdowns
· Answer on-call maintenance phone
· Diagnose/interpret driver issues and direct into repair facilities
· Issue PO’s to vendors
· Complete vendor RO’s to invoice
· Complete in-shop RO’s to invoice
· Get status updates on equipment at vendor shops
· Work with Penske on lease trucks – maintenance due
· Schedule maintenance on trucks and trailers
· Run maintenance due reports
· Communicate with OPS regarding maintenance due
· Manage emissions testing for carb compliance
· Manage Samsara tracking and sensor devices
· Update spreadsheets for equipment in/out service
· Update spreadsheets for equipment down for repairs
· File RO copies digitally and in file folders
· Assign pre-pass devices for tolls/scales
· Manage owner/operator maintenance records
· Possible paid on-call assignment after applicant has proven skills
