Gold Capital Investment Group (GCI Group) is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Finance Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts.
- Capturing and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting with monthly financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Maintaining financial filing systems and supporting audit processes.
- Assisting with procurement and administrative finance duties.
- Supporting the Finance Department with day-to-day operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a finance or accounting environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of accounting software will be advantageous.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
