DC Meat Wholesalers has a vacant position for a Telesales Clerk.
Skills required:
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiations skills
- Fully Bilingual
- Be motivated, driven and be able to work under pressure
- Prior telesales experience in the Meat Industry will be advantageous
- Must be computer literate
- Have own transport
Duties will include:
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Cold calling.
- Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective customers, answering questions about products, services, and the company
- Process sales order accurately and efficiently
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Keep records of calls, sales activities customer feedback and other useful information
- The ideal candidate must reside in Paarl / Wellington area.
