FIELD SALES AGENTS
Buthena is looking for energetic, driven, and professional individuals to join our growing team as Field Sales Agents.
Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling Fidelity Tracking Solutions to individuals and businesses, helping clients protect and monitor their vehicles and assets through smart tracking technology.
Position:Field Sales Agent
Remuneration: Market-related salary package
Experience: Previous sales experience will be an advantage, but is not required
Training: Full product and sales training will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new sales opportunities
* Promote and sell Fidelity tracking products and solutions
* Conduct field visits and client engagements
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate sales reporting and records
* Follow up on leads and support customer onboarding
Minimum Requirements:
* Grade 12 / Matric (advantageous)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Sales experience is advantageous but not essential
* Own smartphone and reliable transport will be advantageous
