Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for our members and staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facilities Manager in daily operations and maintenance activities.
- Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and cleanliness issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
- Support special projects and renovations as directed by management.
- Using Monday.com to consistently update Facilities punchlist.
- Participate in Manager on Duty program as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Certification in facility management or related areas is a plus.
- Must get Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Pesticide certification within first year of hire.

Pay: $60,000- $65,000.00 per year

- Evenings as needed
- Sunday to Thursday
- Weekends as needed
