We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer
- Use hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment to apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings with precision.
- Follow plans and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate application of finishes on walls, ceilings, trim carpentry, stucco, masonry, and fixtures.
- Execute residential painting projects including interior and exterior surfaces while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations.
- Handle additional duties such as drywall repair, finish carpentry, and fixture installation as needed.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and ensure high standards of craftsmanship are achieved.
- Report to job site on time in a professional manor.
Skills
- Extensive experience in application and planning related to painting jobs.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and airless paint spraying equipment.
- Ability to perform finishing, caulking, trim carpentry, restoration work.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to surface area or material quantities.
- Professional Experience in renovation projects involving remodeling or new construction.
- Capable of working safely at heights using scaffolding or ladders while maintaining strict safety standards.
Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour
