What You Will Be Doing
- Installing insulation on commercial and industrial HVAC pipe, plumbing pipe, ductwork, and refrigeration systems
- Reading and working from blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
- Working with a variety of insulation materials including fiberglass, mineral wool, elastomeric, and cellular glass
- Working as part of a crew on commercial jobsites across the Kalamazoo / Plainwell / Southwest Michigan area
- Producing clean, professional, finished work you can be proud of
What We Are Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience as a mechanical insulator (commercial or industrial)
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Strong work ethic and a track record of showing up on time, ready to work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work as part of a team and take pride in the finished product
- OSHA 10 a plus (not required — we can get you trained)
