Embroidery Machine Operator & Production Specialist
One Off Apparel – West Boylston, MA
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
One Off Apparel is a fast-paced custom apparel production company specializing in premium embroidery, screen printing, and private label finishing. We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Production Specialist to join our team and help maintain the high-quality standards we are known for.
This is NOT an entry-level position — prior embroidery production experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage our 6-head Barudan embroidery machine
- Perform hem tag installations using our automatic Juki bartack sewing machine
- Trim backing, steam garments, and complete all embroidery finishing work
- Maintain quality control and consistency throughout production
- Receive and organize incoming orders
- Prepare and organize outgoing shipments/orders
- Help manage embroidery scheduling and production flow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay on schedule and communicate production needs proactively
Requirements:
- Prior commercial embroidery production experience REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to stay organized and work independently
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a production/shop environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22–$24 per hour depending on experience
