E-Commerce Sales Associate Jobs in Fenton, MO at Show Me Weights
We are seeking energetic sales professionals for a sales and inventory position, selling commercial fitness equipment to the vertical market.
Qualified candidates MUST have a passion for the fitness industry and extensive fitness equipment knowledge. To be considered you must submit resume or cover letter to state exact fitness equipment experience.
Time will be split with 60% of the Time at a Desk and 40% of Time in the on the floor greeting customers and assisting in the warehouse.
Computer skills a must
Ecommerce experience a plus, tool experience a plus, Quickbooks experience a plus.
This position will be in-house sales with possible onsite visits. This is a full-time hourly paid position. Pay will be based on experience. This is not a commission based position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following.
- Lift 50lb, climb ladders, answer phones, use fork truck
- Greeting customers when they walk through the door
- Data Entry for website
- Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
- Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed
- Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
- Building fitness equipment for the floor.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
- Must be very organized
- Duties are not limited to those listed above.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Excellent computer skills, including a high level of proficiency with MS Office
- Quickbooks Online experience a plus
- Shopify experience a plus
- Detail Oriented
- Retail or ecommerce experience a plus
- Minimum 1 year sales experience, fitness background or industry experience preferred
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable

Most work is done M-F 8:30-5, and one Saturday a month 9-3, and occasional travel (less than 3 times a year) will be required.

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
