Title: Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Start date: 11th May 2026

Initial term: 18 months, with a strong possibility to extend based on performance and feedback from the client

Location: Pretoria-based candidates only. Work Hybrid policy of 2 days per week in the office at a minimum.

Condition to work from the office for training purposes (including initial onboarding), load shedding or connectivity issues and the like.

Work hours: standard 8am-5pm with the condition of being flexible to the client’s needs during peak times

Work hours: willing and able to travel internationally for client training and onboarding purposes.

Job Brief

• Supports regions, business units, and functions as a dedicated billing subject matter experts
• Assessment of new customers
• Security management (request, logging, monitoring, releasing)
• Reassessment of customers
• Workflows management (i.e., CS&A amend tasks, exposure measurement)
• Monitoring the risk and adjusting CL
• Contact with Customers
• Query resolution – Requests from stakeholders
• Input to credit KPI dashboard
• Payment’s Allocation based on remittance advice
• Debt Collection (Email/Auto dunning and Calls)
• Cash Forecasting
• Dispute Management
• Handover of non-paying customers to DRA
• Credit controls
• Transfer of case to 3rd party DR agency
• Provisioning process
• Credit controls (quarterly)
• Manual Payment’s application
• Cash Allocations
• DD management (DD rejection posting / reconciliation on GL acc),

• Write-offs
• Project support / Super User activities
• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to AR / Credit Analysts, ensuring task prioritisation, workload balance, and adherence to credit and collections policies.
• Support onboarding, training and ongoing coaching of team members, acting as a subject-matter expert for AR, credit controls, dispute resolution and cash application processes.
• Assist with performance monitoring, issue escalation and KPI tracking, while serving as a key link between the operational team, management, and internal stakeholders.

Qualification and years of experience required

• Minimum requirement: B. Comm or equivalent

• 3 – 5 years Accounts Receivable, Billing or Accounting experience

• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy or Manufacturing Industries

• Comfortable with high volumes of data and differing data sets

• Multinational experience preferred

• Shared Services environment experience preferred
