Position Overview
We are an established, highly successful online retail and e-commerce business with over 10 years of experience in multi-platform marketplace distribution. As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a highly driven, experienced Senior E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to take full, end-to-end operational ownership of our Amazon Seller Central platform.
This is a senior management role designed for a self-motivated professional who possesses comprehensive, "A-to-Z" backend knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem. You will step into a highly organized, structured business environment supported by dedicated internal departments – including a full Digital Catalog Department and an agile Warehouse Picking and Packing Team. This robust internal support allows you to focus your expertise strictly on high-level channel strategy, platform compliance, and logistics execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Creation & FBA Logistics: Oversee the flawless execution of inbound marketplace shipments (FBA), managing carrier workflows, and maintaining tight coordination with our warehouse team.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Take full ownership of stock forecasting, tracking inventory levels, monitoring replenishment cycles, and optimizing workflows to maximize Buy-Box ownership.
- Returns & Claims Resolution: Manage the entire marketplace returns pipeline, efficiently filing claims, resolving platform disputes, and navigating Amazon’s support channels to recover losses.
- Account Health & Compliance: Proactively monitor and defend core account metrics, ensuring absolute adherence to platform guidelines and maintaining flawless seller health scores.
- Process Optimization: Leverage your deep technical knowledge of the Amazon platform to independently troubleshoot backend technical glitches and continuously streamline marketplace workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Vast, proven track record managing high-volume, commercial Amazon Seller Central accounts. (Please note: This is a senior position for an experienced job seeker; it is not an entry-level or training role).
- Platform Expertise: Comprehensive, exhaustive knowledge of Amazon backend logistics, FBA shipment models, compliance policies, and performance metrics.
- Core Competencies: A highly meticulous, data-driven, and analytical approach to inventory control and platform forecasting.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail with the proven ability to manage complex operational pipelines completely independently.
