Indalo Wiltshire Golf Club of Skukuza (Skukuza Golf Club) is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead and manage all food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, efficient operations, strict cost control, and compliance with hospitality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across all outlets
- Ensure consistent high-quality service and guest experience standards
- Manage stock control, inventory, and monthly stock takes
- Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and operational costs
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards (including HACCP compliance)
- Lead, train, and supervise Food & Beverage staff
- Ensure effective rostering and workforce management
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure quality procurement practices
- Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Ensure accurate reporting and administrative compliance
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage qualification
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Strong knowledge of: Inventory and stock control, Cost control and expense management & Health and safety standards
Advantageous Requirements
- HACCP awareness and implementation
- Financial management and budgeting experience
- Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements within hospitality

Pay: R20 000,00 – R25 000,00 per month
