Job Description:
Infinite Life Holdings is seeking an experienced Debt Review Customer Care Agent to join our fast-paced contact centre. The role requires handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients under debt review, and delivering professional and efficient customer service.

Minimum Requirements (Non-negotiable):

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Debt Review (Contact Centre environment)
  • Must have hands-on experience using Finwise system
  • Proven experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong understanding of the debt review process and customer lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Assist clients with queries related to debt review
  • Provide updates, guidance, and support to clients
  • Liaise with credit providers when required
  • Accurately capture and update client information on the system
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Pay: R6 000,00 per month
