Job Description:
Infinite Life Holdings is seeking an experienced Debt Review Customer Care Agent to join our fast-paced contact centre. The role requires handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients under debt review, and delivering professional and efficient customer service.
Minimum Requirements (Non-negotiable):
- Minimum 1 year experience in Debt Review (Contact Centre environment)
- Must have hands-on experience using Finwise system
- Proven experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Strong understanding of the debt review process and customer lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Assist clients with queries related to debt review
- Provide updates, guidance, and support to clients
- Liaise with credit providers when required
- Accurately capture and update client information on the system
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Pay: R6 000,00 per month
