We are seeking motivated and professional Debt Review Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in managing their debt review process, provide clear guidance, and ensure excellent customer service while adhering to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Experience: Previous debt review experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of debt review processes and South African credit regulations.
