Our growing dental practice is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Sterilization Technician to join our team!
This is an incredibly important role within our office. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating an efficient, clean, and well-organized clinical environment that helps the entire team deliver excellent patient care.

Responsibilities Include:
- Cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing instruments
- Managing instrument flow throughout the day
- Maintaining sterilization records and protocols
- Breaking down and setting up treatment rooms
- Assisting with operatory turnover
- Stocking clinical supplies
- Supporting the hygiene and clinical teams as needed
- Helping maintain OSHA and infection control standards
Experience:
Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
