JER31 is seeking driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals to become part of our expanding and vibrant Call Centre team based in Cape Town CBD.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Previous call centre experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exposure to both outbound and inbound call centre environments is advantageous
- Experience in debt collection will be beneficial

- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Proactive and self-disciplined
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 07:30 / 08:00 – 16:30 / 17:00 & two Saturdays: 08:00am – 12:00pm.
Additional Information:
Basic salary PLUS uncapped commission structure
Medical Aid benefit (applicable upon permanent employment after 3 months)
Profit share incentive after 6 months of employment
